The need
An event means tickets to issue, entries to check and accounts to keep.
The app handles the whole journey: tickets with QR codes, scanning at the door, tracking of attendees, payments and expenses.
My part
QR tickets
QR code generation, including for tickets printed in advance.
Scanning at the door
Camera reading, a different vibration depending on the result, time of entry recorded.
Attendees and payments
List, filters and tracking of attendees who have not paid yet.
Expenses
Event expenses, sorted by category.
Roles and audit
User management and a log of actions on sensitive data.
