The need

A damaged road, an outage, a pile of rubbish: citizens see it, the institution in charge does not always know.

Amasen connects the two. Citizens report from their phone. The institution receives the report, handles it and answers.

How it works

  1. The report

A citizen reports an incident from their phone.

    Mobile app
  2. Reception

The report reaches the institution in charge in real time.

    Supabase
  3. Moderation

Rules per incident type filter out false reports.

  4. Handling

The institution follows the incident on its dashboard and on the map, until it is resolved.

    Next.js · Leaflet
  5. The answer

The citizen is told by a notification and by email.
